Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead for Contract Management to be based in Goa. The ideal candidate will hold a BE/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering and have over six years of relevant experience. This role offers an opportunity to apply skills across various industries.

Core Responsibilities and Skills

Effectively manage contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
Conduct precise cost estimations related to contract projects.
Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and monitor cost control to optimize project expenditure.
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of six years' professional experience in contract management or related fields.
