Laser Machine Operator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laser Machine Operator to become part of our production team at an eco-friendly handmade paper products manufacturer located in Jaipur. The role centers on operating Yueming 90W laser cutting machines to accurately cut thin handmade paper sheets with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Operate Yueming laser cutting equipment, including both single-head and double-head machines.
• Ensure accurate and precise cutting of delicate paper sheets while minimizing material waste.
• Perform routine upkeep such as aligning the laser tubes, cleaning optics, and calibrating machinery.
• Monitor production quality continuously and resolve any machine malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and handle equipment responsibly.
• Coordinate with production team members to achieve scheduled delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience handling laser cutting machines, preferably Yueming or equivalent models.
• Understanding of paper cutting techniques requiring fine precision.
• Competence in managing multi-head laser machines effectively.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for maintenance and adjustments.
• High attention to detail and dependable performance in a manufacturing setting.

Compensation and Work Hours

• Monthly salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on experience.
• Shift options: Morning shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Evening shift from 7:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
• Evening shift is regarded as overtime work.
