Responsibilities

As a Cadet, you'll be involved in working on a variety of projects both in the laboratory and field environments. The role requires hands-on support in material testing to help shape the future of local communities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in labour or trade roles such as construction, roading, warehousing, or farming is beneficial.
• Physically fit and capable of safely handling heavy materials and equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow digital instructions accurately.
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work occasional overtime as needed.
• Must hold a full, clean New Zealand driver's licence.
• Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in New Zealand; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
