Serving clients across various spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and offices, the company collaborates with over 36 cabinet manufacturers to deliver tailored design, product selection, and project assistance.

Role Overview

We seek a skilled Kitchen & Bath Designer proficient in the 2020 Design software who thrives in direct client interactions. This position blends design expertise, sales aptitude, and customer service, involving cabinet layout creation, 3D rendered presentations, and guiding clients in their design and product selection journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design cabinetry solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas, and other spaces using 2020 Design software.
• Produce detailed and appealing 3D renderings and client presentations.
• Navigate and update a wide range of cabinet manufacturer catalogs integrated within 2020 Design.
• Engage with clients to understand their project objectives, budgets, and style preferences.
• Present design proposals and product options effectively.
• Generate cost estimates and support the sales closing process.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and save project documentation using Google Drive.
• Utilize Gmail and Google Workspace tools for communication and project coordination.
• Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years' practical experience using the licensed version of 2020 Design software.
• Familiarity with multiple cabinet manufacturer catalogs within 2020 Design.
• Capable of preparing professional client presentations using PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Gmail and Google Drive for collaboration and file management.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry concepts including space planning, fillers, blind corners, appliance arrangements, and cabinet construction.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in sales is advantageous.

Compensation and Additional Details

Starting wage: $22.00 per hour.

Work Location: On-site in Plant City, Florida.
