Kids Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and lively Kids Assistant to join our hospitality team. The ideal individual will enthusiastically engage children by creating enjoyable, secure, and stimulating activities designed especially for our young guests at our hotels and resorts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in recreational and educational activities tailored to different age groups.
• Ensure children’s safety, comfort, and well-being within the kids' club and designated play zones.
• Plan and facilitate games, craft projects, storytelling, and other entertaining sessions.
• Keep the children’s areas clean, secure, and inviting for families.
• Assist in organizing special events and seasonal programs for children.
• Maintain open, clear communication with parents or guardians about their children's activities and welfare.
• Strictly adhere to health, safety, and child protection guidelines at all times.
• Contribute to the daily operations and guest service duties alongside the Kids Club team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working with children is mandatory.
• Hospitality experience in hotels or resorts is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills coupled with interpersonal effectiveness.
• A friendly, patient demeanor combined with energetic engagement.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic First Aid certification is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
