Job Responsibilities

• Comprehend and be familiar with all Kids Club facilities, scheduled activities, and services offered by the hotel
• Adhere to operational procedures, standards, and policies as directed by the Recreation Manager
• Greet children and their parents with professionalism, warmth, and respect
• Ensure safety, security, and welfare of children participating in Kids Club events
• Plan, supervise, and lead appropriate recreational, educational, creative, and fun activities tailored to different age groups both indoors and outdoors
• Promote inclusive and enjoyable participation among children
• Prepare and organize all equipment, games, and materials before activities, following the daily schedule
• Supervise children continually during activities and keep accurate attendance records
• Address parental inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally; escalate to Recreation Manager if needed
• Immediately report and document any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or unusual incidents
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all Kids Club toys, games, and learning materials
• Ensure kids’ area is clean and well-organized before, during, and after use
• Inspect equipment and facilities daily; report damage or hazards and coordinate repairs with Engineering
• Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, child safeguarding guidelines, and health & safety requirements
• Help organize and participate in children’s parties, themed events, seasonal celebrations, and family entertainment
• Promote Kids Club offerings to guests and encourage child participation
• Register children upon arrival and release them only to authorized guardians according to policy
• Keep children’s and family information confidential
• Wear official hotel uniform and badge during shifts
• Follow weekly duty roster and operational needs defined by the Recreation Manager
• Attend all departmental meetings and required training sessions including emergency response, first aid, and child protection
• Contribute to the hotel’s sustainability efforts by minimizing waste and using resources efficiently
• Comply rigorously with quality management systems, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive communication with guests and colleagues
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management relevant to the position’s responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or related discipline
• Minimum one year experience in childcare, Kids Club, hospitality, or related entertainment environments
• Proficiency in English and/or Russian languages; extra languages are advantageous
• Additional certifications in Childcare, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, or kids’ entertainment preferred
• Basic computer literacy is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to engage with children across age groups creatively and effectively
• Vigilance regarding safety and supervision
• Problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
