Key Account Manager

Role Overview

Startek Aegis is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager to work with Myntra. This position requires a graduate or an MBA fresher with fluency in Hindi and English, and the ability to meet communication and analytical demands.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must have completed graduation (10+2+3) or be MBA freshers.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.
• A minimum Versant score level of 4 is required.
• Skills expected include communication, calculation, analytical thinking, customer handling, and coordination.
• Preference is given to those familiar with e-commerce and account management.

Experience and Eligibility

• Applicants should have experience ranging from no experience up to 5 years.
• Eligible candidates are aged between 18 and 30 years.

Work Environment

• Work is from office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• The working schedule includes 6 days per week with rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with any 9 working hours within this span.
• There is one rotational weekly day off.
• This role is open to male and female applicants.

Compensation

• MBA Freshers receive a CTC up to ₹25,000 per month, with a take-home salary of ₹20,000 per month.
• Experienced candidates may receive up to ₹30,000 CTC and up to ₹25,000 take-home monthly.
• Additional quarterly bonus of ₹4,065 is applicable.
• For apprenticeships, stipend amounts are ₹22,500 per month for freshers and ₹27,000 per month for those with experience.

Screening Requirements

• Candidates must demonstrate basic calculation skills such as determining percentages, travel expenses based on distance and petrol cost, and discount values using pricing details.
