Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily trading operations, including capturing trades and performing reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with operational units and support teams on initiatives at both desk and organisational levels.
• Support the execution of transactions involving exchange-traded and OTC instruments.
• Partner with traders to carry out research, analyze data, and help develop trading concepts.
• Contribute to producing market commentary and analytic reports internally.
• Assess potential opportunities in new products and strategic approaches.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Have relevant professional experience in related areas.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Show a clear enthusiasm for financial markets and trading activities.
• Be proactive, adaptable, resilient, and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, performance-focused environments.
• Experience with programming or data analysis tools such as Python, R, or C++ is beneficial but not mandatory.
