About the Role

A rapidly expanding media and entertainment company is seeking a Junior People Partner to join their collaborative People team. Supporting over 500 employees across creative, commercial, and operational departments, this role reports directly to a Senior People Partner. The position involves managing day-to-day employee relations and leading strategic projects to enhance company culture and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will act as a proactive partner, managing employee relations cases and initiating impactful HR projects. They will work closely with various stakeholders, balancing detailed tasks with broader strategic insights in a fast-moving environment where adaptability is crucial.
