Role Overview

We have three main teams—Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention—that each play a vital role in driving growth. The Paid Social team focuses on customer acquisition, scaling some of the UK's most exciting DTC names. This position involves managing Paid Social accounts while collaborating closely with clients via Slack and Google Meet and working hand-in-hand with a dedicated graphic designer.

Working Environment

Based in Trafford Park, Manchester, Prospa is a rapidly expanding team of 20 members. We support hybrid work arrangements with two days remote per week, maintain a lively office atmosphere, and organize regular events to celebrate our achievements. Responsibilities

  • Complete our training program and then fully manage a portfolio of Paid Social accounts, ensuring their continued growth and success.
  • Create design briefs and collaborate with graphic designers on creative strategies.
  • Build and sustain a portfolio of high-performing DTC brand clients, focusing heavily on client retention as a cornerstone of our agency's growth.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients, setting a foundation for long-term achievements.
  • Conduct thorough research during client onboarding and account development to stay current with the evolving e-commerce market.
  • Constantly strive to improve results and avoid stagnation, driving innovation and better performance.
  • Lead clear and insightful communications with clients via Slack and Google Meet, enhancing their engagement and comprehension.
  • Maintain a strong focus on client profitability in every strategic and tactical decision.

  • Minimum of one year of experience managing Paid Social channels.
