Opportunity Overview
This role is situated within Teads Studio APAC based in the Singapore office, reporting to the Head of Design for the region. The in-house creative team transforms conventional assets into rich, interactive digital video and display advertisements. You will collaborate with a cross-regional group including designers, developers, and creative strategists to optimize client assets for campaigns across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring brand narratives to life by designing and refining striking digital display and video ads optimized for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Collaborate closely with regional design, sales, and ad operations teams to convert static client briefs into engaging, interactive ad formats.
- Manage creative assets, including graphic elements, video editing, motion design, and preparing high-caliber presentation decks for client demonstrations.
- Ensure production quality by meeting strict technical criteria and client specifications within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Revamp and adapt static client materials such as images, storyboards, and videos into dynamic, mobile-friendly digital advertisements aligned with brand standards.
- Support the design and creative strategy teams in crafting visually compelling and client-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Handle daily creative asset production using software tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Validate the technical accuracy of creative files to adhere to Teads’ specifications, file size limits, and mobile deployment standards.
- Effectively manage multiple projects with urgency and organizational discipline, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Ad Operations to obtain technical requirements, share creative best practices, and coordinate deployment.
- Contribute to commercial success by creating KPI-driven creative mockups that support winning business with agencies and advertisers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communication Design, or related creative disciplines.
- Previous professional experience in graphic or motion design, including substantial internships or junior agency roles within digital media or creative sectors.
- Proficient with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with an aptitude for modern, well-crafted slide design.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities enabling management of concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate within a regional team.
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Portfolio demonstrating clean design work, digital assets, and examples of motion graphics or video editing.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with digital video standards, mobile advertising metrics, and tracking tags (e.g., HTML5, VAST).
- Experience with video compression, file optimization, and rudimentary 3D effects.
