Junior Estimator / Tender Coordinator

About the Company

VisiTint is a specialist commercial construction cleaning contractor working with Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders across Victoria. Its services cover builders cleans, final cleans, abseil work, high-access cleaning, pressure washing, façade cleaning, brick cleaning and other specialist construction cleaning tasks on major commercial projects in Melbourne.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Junior Estimator / Tender Coordinator who wants to develop a long-term career in the commercial construction sector. The position suits someone with a background in construction administration, estimating, project coordination or tendering, and who is keen to learn and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess tender invitations and review project documents.
• Handle incoming opportunities through EstimateOne and builder portals.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Communicate with builders, project managers and site teams.
• Track up on submitted quotes and proposals.
• Look into upcoming projects and identify new business opportunities.
• Keep the CRM and tender pipeline up to date.
• Support contract review activities and project handovers.
• Develop strong working relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders.
• Assist with lead generation and broader business development efforts.

Requirements

• Strong administrative and organizational capability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and project paperwork.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A self-driven and proactive work style.
• Capacity to juggle several deadlines at once.
• Experience with EstimateOne, BuildingConnected or similar tender systems is preferred.
• Estimating experience in construction is highly regarded.
• Prior exposure to commercial builders or subcontractors is an advantage.
• Understanding of commercial construction projects is beneficial.
• Background in cleaning, remedial, façade or trade contracting work is also valued.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Melbourne, VIC within the Greater Melbourne Area.
