Position Overview
The Junior Content Strategist will work under the guidance of the Museum Director and hold a vital role in transforming the museum's mission into engaging, well-researched storytelling and immersive exhibition experiences. This position requires a combination of detailed content research, creative narrative development, coordination across diverse teams, and assisting in execution efforts with exhibition designers and both internal and external collaborators.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform thorough research on the Adani Group’s enterprises, leadership stories, significant milestones, and overall influence to inform accurate and forward-thinking museum narratives.
- Collaborate closely with Exhibition Design and Experience departments to translate findings and ideas into captivating spatial stories, scripts, multimedia elements, and interpretive structures.
- Support the effective realization of the museum’s vision ensuring harmony between the content, design outcomes, stakeholder goals, and institutional objectives.
- Liaise with content creators, designers, researchers, technology vendors, and agencies to ensure quality deliverables are provided on schedule in line with the museum’s vision.
- Build and maintain strong working ties with designated contacts across all Adani businesses to remain informed on company developments, initiatives, and key milestones, facilitating continuous and relevant content updates.
- Manage ongoing updates to museum materials that reflect evolving businesses to keep content current, credible, and forward-looking.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 4 years’ professional experience in content creation, ideation, research, storytelling, or related disciplines.
- Preferably holds experience within media, publishing, digital content production, broadcasting, experiential storytelling, or similar media sectors.
- Experience related to museum or exhibition content is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrates strong research and analytical abilities capable of converting complex business and institutional data into compelling, accessible narratives.
- Exceptional skills in both written and oral communication.
- Shows a high degree of passion and dedication to contributing to a landmark museum initiative associated with a globally renowned organization.
- Proven capability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and excel in a dynamically evolving project setting.
