Role overview

This position supports the development of EDITED the label by working closely with the design team and helping shape seasonal collections. The role combines product sourcing, supplier coordination, pricing, negotiation, and ongoing analysis of product results to support profitable assortment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with the design team to build and refine collections for EDITED the label.
• Coordinate the sourcing and product development process, including participation in style fittings.
• Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers and keep alignment across the process.
• Review and confirm order volumes as well as establish selling prices.
• Lead price discussions and negotiations with the aim of meeting seasonal margin targets.
• Track product performance and use sales data to drive in-season reorders when needed.
• Apply strong organizational ability and solid knowledge of the fashion market while learning the operational flow of a fashion-focused brand.

Requirements

• A university degree in Textile Management, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience buying women’s contemporary or fast-fashion textiles.
• Confident command of MS Excel.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and a sharp sense of current trends.
• A collaborative mindset with a practical, hands-on approach.
• An entrepreneurial way of thinking.
• High motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• A structured and well-organized working style.
