We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Junior Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne and work closely with leading brands to harness our products and services to meet ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the B2B sales operations by contributing to the growth and refinement of a top-tier sales team. Focus on streamlining sales workflows, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving tangible results within the enterprise sales sector.
• Proactively target and engage promising prospects by identifying and cold-calling potential clients to build a robust portfolio of high-value corporate accounts.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the industry landscape, including key motivations, challenges, and decision-makers, to establish and nurture profitable business relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the product team by confidently representing the product portfolio and conveying client feedback to influence product evolution.
• Monitor performance data vigilantly to assess impact and focus on maximizing opportunity value.
• Consistently provide exceptional client service to build trust and maintain strong partnerships at every interaction.
