Junior Business Analyst

Job Overview

Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Denver, CO. This is a contract position requiring onsite presence four days per week, with a duration of 12 or more months. The employment type is W2-only, and candidates must be local to Denver. Interviews will be conducted virtually.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reporting activities and enhance business processes and workflows.
• Develop dashboards, generate reports, and conduct analytics leveraging Jira and artificial intelligence tools.
• Refine Jira workflows and maintain standard operating procedure documentation.
• Organize meetings, monitor action items, and provide timely project updates.
• Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams, external vendors, and engineering personnel to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Jira, dashboard creation, and SQL querying.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools; prior experience with Kiro AI is advantageous.
• Capable of working independently with little supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Confluence and Chalk platforms.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
