Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish by thoroughly grasping client needs and coordinating expert calls.
• Initiate contact and engage with specialists across industries, skillfully addressing objections to secure their participation.
• Operate efficiently under pressure, juggling multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Rapidly acquire extensive knowledge on markets, business models, and regulatory environments.
• Promote the full suite of Third Bridge’s offerings, including the content library, surveys, advisory services, and one-on-one expert calls.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluency in German at business level (C1 or higher) both written and verbal.
• Strong intellectual capability, ambition, and demonstrated leadership or extracurricular involvement.
• Proven determination evidenced by internships, work experiences, or other significant achievements.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-focused setting, with excellent communication skills and resilience.
• Natural curiosity and problem-solving aptitude with quick learning capability and adaptability.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive total first-year compensation ranging between €66,500 and €88,000, comprising a base salary of €52,000 plus an uncapped performance bonus starting after the first month.
