IT Support Specialist

About the Role

Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our IT Support team in a key capacity. This position involves managing user accounts, providing technical assistance, and collaborating globally to support IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer user accounts for networks, email systems, and various applications.
• Offer technical support to users at local and regional offices worldwide, assisting with IT hardware such as computers, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, as well as building security and environmental monitoring systems.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues related to IT equipment and software applications.
• Respond promptly to IT support tickets, phone calls, emails, and other requests for assistance.
• Maintain detailed documentation and track issues to ensure they are resolved within expected timelines.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to enhance IT service delivery.
• Work on a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum one year of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Familiarity with Exchange Server tools, Office 365, and cloud-based applications is advantageous.
