IT Support Specialist

About the Role

Frm Techno Solutions Private Limited is seeking a committed IT Support Specialist responsible for overseeing and sustaining the organization’s IT infrastructure effectively.

Key Duties

• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance addressing desktop hardware and software challenges.
• Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upkeep of desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals.
• Identify and fix hardware problems involving desktops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Manage installation, updates, and support for operating systems, drivers, and various application software.
• Ensure seamless operation of Windows environments including Windows 7, 10, and 11.
• Setup, configure, and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance routines to guarantee optimal system functionality.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware repair services and warranty claims as necessary.
• Keep track of IT assets and uphold adherence to company IT policies.

Required Expertise

• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining desktop hardware components.
• Hands-on familiarity with Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Basic knowledge of local area networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, printers, and other IT peripheral devices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Capable of working independently in dynamic and fast-paced settings.

Working Hours

Fixed working schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
