Overview

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous IT Recruiter to become an integral part of our expanding technology division. The selected candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding highly skilled technical professionals to support our innovation-focused projects and scalable infrastructure requirements. This role entails managing the entire recruitment process to ensure we hire candidates who meet our standards of technical excellence and are a strong cultural fit. A proactive recruitment strategy combined with expertise in technology hiring will enable us to scale efficiently and retain a competitive advantage in the rapidly changing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to comprehend technical staffing needs and devise focused recruitment plans.
• Identify and attract qualified IT professionals through job portals, professional networks, events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural compatibility.
• Oversee the recruitment cycle, covering job posting, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate candidate information promptly.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future technical vacancies.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to enhance recruitment performance metrics, shorten hiring timeframes, and improve candidate experiences.
• Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and competitive recruitment trends in the IT sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably within IT or technology sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent recruitment projects with precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Awareness of salary benchmarks around AED 10,000 and compensation structures within the UAE tech industry.
• Capable of independent work and quickly adjusting to dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
