Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT-DevOps / Administrator (m/w/d) to enhance and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations. You will serve as the primary troubleshooter, process optimizer, and main point of contact for IT infrastructure within the company and for your colleagues. Your contributions will support our collective progress by managing technical details efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuring, installing, maintaining, and resolving technical issues within daily operations.
• Providing comprehensive support to COGLAS software users.
• Administering networks and servers proficiently.
• Managing IT and cybersecurity tasks.
• Applying expertise in modern technologies such as VMware, Oracle DB, MongoDB, Azure Cloud, Open Telekom Cloud, LANCOM, Firewall, Proxy Server, Nakivo, C#, and Angular.
• Overseeing IT security and leading ISO certifications including 9001 and 27001.
• Maintaining software systems such as Atlassian, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Hamburger Software.
• Supporting consulting teams with IT integration for warehouse automation, ERP, and other systems linked to COGLAS Web WMS.
• Handling IT peripherals like Bluetooth barcode scanners, RFID, NFC, and cameras.
• Managing software license administration and conducting independent IT projects.
• Continuously improving work environment through documentation, process optimization, and system enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies or vocational training focused on computer science or system integration, or equivalent qualifications.
• Extensive professional know-how in hardware and software as well as network administration, system technology, and operating systems.
• Knowledge of diverse network technologies or a willingness to quickly acquire such expertise.
• Highly organized with strong structural skills.
• Level-headed and solution-driven approach to challenges.
• Dependable, proactive, and a strong team player.
