Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the International Voice Process in Customer Support. This role involves handling inbound international calls, providing technical assistance, and maintaining excellent customer service standards, with a focus on strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to incoming international customer calls professionally.
- Offer technical support and timely problem resolution.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service experiences.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow-ups.
Shift and Work Details
- Work location: On-site at Sutherland Global Services, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Day shifts spanning 9 hours scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM.
- Five-day workweek with two rotational off days.
- Training sessions held 24/7 which require comfort with night shifts initially.
- One-way cab facility available within a 25 km radius depending on shift timing.
- Travelling allowance of INR 3500 provided.

Candidate Eligibility
