Key Responsibilities

- Manage policy issuance, renewal processes, claims assistance, and related documentation.
- Track team performance closely and generate comprehensive sales and business performance reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to company guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
- Discover new business prospects to broaden the customer base and enhance market reach.
- Conduct thorough market research to remain informed about current industry trends and analyze competitor activities.
