About the Department

The Immigration Sales team helps clients and families with complex immigration processes to countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Germany. The team assesses client goals and eligibility to propose the best skilled migration, family reunification, or permanent residency paths.

Role Summary

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking overseas education or immigration assistance. Your duties include counseling potential clients, delivering expert guidance, and promoting services through phone, email, and face-to-face communication. The objective is to help clients make informed decisions and support their journeys abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling on overseas education and immigration options through multiple communication platforms.
• Deliver customized advice to help clients evaluate choices and decide appropriately.
• Maintain current knowledge of immigration policies and visa regulations to ensure accurate client information.
• Create client-specific strategies aligned with their aspirations and preferences.
• Achieve sales goals through effective engagement and cultivating client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least two years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with online communication platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Result-oriented approach with proactive motivation to meet targets.
