Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to engage nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany. This role involves advising candidates about career advancement, lifestyle improvements, and financial benefits linked to working in Germany, while also promoting German language training packages vital for employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and counsel nurses on available job opportunities abroad.
- Articulate the advantages of relocating to Germany for work, highlighting career, lifestyle, and financial incentives.
- Promote and sell German language training essential for job readiness.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective candidates via calls, messaging apps, emails, and face-to-face contacts.
- Keep accurate records of all potential clients and sales progress within CRM systems.
- Strive to meet monthly sales objectives contributing to company growth.
- work hand-in-hand with operations and training teams to facilitate seamless candidate onboarding.
