Role Overview

The Injector position is a full-time remote role tasked with delivering safe and effective injectable treatments adhering to clinical guidelines and clinic protocols. Responsibilities encompass conducting virtual consultations, assessing patient medical histories, customizing treatment plans, and educating patients regarding procedures, anticipated outcomes, and post-care instructions. Accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and coordination with clinical team members are essential. Regular collaboration with clinic leadership and staff utilizes secure digital platforms. Participation in ongoing training and quality improvement efforts is expected, alongside maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic and therapeutic injection best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with understanding of indications, contraindications, and safety protocols.
• Possession of appropriate professional licensure or certification (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD) allowing practice in the relevant region.
• Strong skills in patient evaluation and consultation including comprehensive medical history taking, risk identification, and personalized treatment planning.
• High-quality documentation practices compliant with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and telehealth protocols.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for patient education, expectation management, and trust-building in a remote setting.
• Comfort and proficiency with digital healthcare tools and electronic health records supporting independent and collaborative work.
• Dedication to continuous learning, receptiveness to feedback, adherence to evidence-based and ethical clinical practices.
• Preferred experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or related clinical fields; experience with telehealth or remote clinical services is advantageous.
