  • Advance the Information Line services through enhanced digital integration for better accessibility and user experience.
  • Ensure co-design principles with stakeholders when developing information resources and foster partnerships with healthcare providers, researchers, and relevant agencies.
  • Act as organizational representative at relevant meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and information quality standards, scheduling reviews of materials.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with Services, Communications, and Fundraising departments and complete associated reporting.
  • Participate in organizational events, campaigns, and projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in health, social care, communications, or information management fields.
