Incident Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of incident management by ensuring prompt handling and appropriate escalation of incidents.
• Coordinate efforts among technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to expedite incident resolution.
• Act as the central communication hub and decision-maker during incidents.
• Manage communications across all organizational levels, from technical staff to executive leadership.
• Analyze incident data to identify recurring issues and trends.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents according to the established Incident Management process.
• Monitor and report on Incident Management aligned with key performance indicators.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to extract lessons learned and confirm the completion of improvement measures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare MAS incident reports, particularly for RI/PNI incidents.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving performance based on incident analyses.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience handling incident management within financial institutions or regulated environments.
• Preferred ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.
• Additional certifications in technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Cisco are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines (TRMG).
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing complex root cause analyses and incident resolution in multi-vendor and multi-platform settings.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like ELK or SolarWinds is beneficial.
