Inbound Customer Service Executive

About the Role

TP, located in Kolkata, Salt Lake Sector V, is inviting enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their domestic voice process sales team as Inbound Customer Care Executives. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and provide sales support through calls.
• Deliver detailed product and service information to customers.
• Aim to meet and surpass customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must have completed at least 12th grade.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is essential.
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates alike.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi required.
• Candidates must commit to no leaves for the next 90 days.
• Immediate joining is mandatory.
• Aadhaar number must be linked with the candidate's contact number.

Work Schedule and Shifts

• Rotational shift pattern with weekly rotating off days.
• Female employees will not be assigned night shifts.
• Females work any 9-hour shift between 7 AM and 8 PM.
• Males are assigned any 9-hour shift within the working window.
• Six working days per week with one rotational weekly off.

Compensation and Benefits

• EPFO and ESIC coverage provided.
• Flexible shift timings offered.

Salary details vary based on language proficiency:
English + Hindi: CTC is 15000 INR with 12000 INR in hand.
Hindi + Bengali: CTC is 13400 INR with 11000 INR in hand.
