Key Responsibilities

• Create visually striking merchandising displays that improve the in-store shopping journey.
• Implement global and Rebel-specific trade campaigns with precision to showcase products effectively.
• Support local events and community engagement initiatives through store visual strategies.
• Lead and mentor team members to uphold excellent visual standards, leveraging prior leadership experience where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Visual Merchandising leaders to maintain consistent brand presentation and achieve results.
• Operate primarily from your home store while assisting neighboring locations to unify merchandising standards and develop teams.

Your Profile

• Prior visual merchandising experience, preferably within retail environments boasting multiple stores nationally.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and influence retail teams effectively.
• Excellent communication capabilities to build constructive internal relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a creative eye paired with practical commercial execution skills.
• Competent in reporting visual merchandising outcomes, including campaign implementation and shop floor standards.
