Immigration Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Immigration Specialist (Case Processing Officer) based in Business Bay, Dubai, to manage client applications related to Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Second Citizenship, and Permanent Residency (PR) programs. This role demands UAE-specific expertise with investment migration cases alongside a firm grasp of international residency and citizenship schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of applications concerning Citizenship by Investment, Second Citizenship, and Permanent Residency.
• Examine client documents to ensure they meet accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with government agencies, international partners, agents, and legal teams to track the progress of applications.
• Accurately maintain case files, schedules, and internal tracking tools.
• Assist clients with documentation preparation, due diligence procedures, and submission processes.
• Stay informed about updates in immigration laws, residency rules, and investment migration policies.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and international KYC/AML compliance protocols.
• Assemble application packages including forms and supporting documents.
• Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and any updates related to cases.
• Provide consistent progress reports to clients as well as management.
• Handle sensitive client data with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in Second Citizenship programs, PR processing, and investment migration services.
• Have previous work experience within the UAE immigration or investment advisory sector.
• Strong knowledge of international CBI and residency schemes.
• Familiarity with compliance procedures, due diligence processes, and documentation requirements.
