Position Overview
Based in King City, Ontario, this on-site role requires full-time presence five days per week and excellent command of written and spoken English. It is a 12-month contractual position with potential for extension based on performance, including a mandatory criminal background check.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to advise on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, performance management, and investigations.
- Manage programs for employee return-to-work, disability cases, WSIB claims, and workplace accommodations.
- Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and onboarding as well as orientation protocols across the organization.
- Provide leadership development and management training covering employment laws, employee growth, and performance dialogues.
- Support strategic HR projects including compensation analysis, benefits improvements, and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks like drafting employment-related documents, preparing reports, and occasional assistance with HRIS and payroll processing during ADP transition.
- Work closely with HR leadership and generalists to ensure operational consistency and scalable practices.
Candidate Qualifications
- Over 7 years of advanced HR experience in roles such as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict management, coaching, and workplace investigations.
- Proven background in managing return-to-work strategies, disability claims, WSIB processes, and workplace accommodations.
- Skilled in delivering training and fostering leadership development among managers.
- Adept at juggling strategic initiatives alongside daily HR operational duties.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms, preferably ADP or Payworks.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and developing new programs and procedures.
