HR Recruiter

About the Role

Detailing Bull is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, selecting candidates, and aiding onboarding processes. The role demands excellent communication, proficient networking, and adept use of job portals to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates via multiple recruitment channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct preliminary screening calls, and generate a shortlist of eligible applicants.
• Maintain an active pool of talent to address current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear communication on schedules and job expectations.
• Follow up persistently with candidates during interview and selection stages, supporting hiring decisions.
• Convey job offers and role details to selected candidates, manage documentation, joining dates, and mitigate offer dropouts.
• Assist in onboarding new recruits smoothly and maintain comprehensive recruitment records and reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or similar fields is required.
• At least one year of professional experience in recruitment or HR hiring roles.
• Proficiency with popular job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and candidates efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure recruitment objectives are met.
• Applicants must have relevant work experience; those with only internships or fresh graduates are not eligible.
