Job Summary
The HR Executive – HR Operations will oversee daily HR operational tasks and manage employee lifecycle activities post-onboarding. The position encompasses a broad range of duties such as HR administration, payroll collaboration, compliance with statutory regulations, employee record maintenance, performance oversight, employee engagement, and exit management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data, including attendance, leave, and holidays.
- Prepare payroll data involving attendance, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and salary adjustments.
- Coordinate with payroll teams or vendors to ensure timely salary processing.
- Manage statutory compliance requirements like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund.
- Keep statutory records updated and assist in HR compliance audits.
- Administer probation reviews, confirmations, performance appraisals, KPI/KRA evaluations, increments, and promotions.
- Organize employee training sessions and maintain related training records.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and reward programs.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and manage employee relations.
- Handle HR correspondence, documentation, and prepare HR MIS reports.
- Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, clearances, issuance of relieving/experience letters, and Full & Final Settlements.
- Support the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferable.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and compliance.
