Role Overview
Based in Bournemouth, this permanent Housekeeping Team Member role is pivotal in sustaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere where students can flourish. Working 20 hours weekly across four days between 7am and 10pm, you will collaborate closely with student experience and facilities teams to uphold excellent standards in shared student spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas to foster an appealing living environment for students.
- Act as a friendly and supportive presence for both students and colleagues, assisting or guiding towards help when needed.
- Prioritize safety and environmental sustainability in daily tasks by ensuring properties are secure, clean, and eco-conscious.
- Take initiative in monitoring communal spaces, addressing or reporting concerns without delay.
