Role Overview
As a member of the Housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in crafting memorable experiences by ensuring guest rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming. This luxury environment guarantees repeat visits from satisfied guests.

- Housekeeping Attendant
Applicants will be matched to roles depending on their prior relevant experience. Opportunities exist for both seasonal (minimum six-month commitment) and permanent full-time positions, with employment status discussed at interview. Preference is given to those available at least from September through January.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting wage is $20 hourly, with increases recognizing tenure from six months up to three years. Work shifts may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Room Attendant duties include:
- Comprehensively cleaning assigned guest rooms, including beds, trash and linen disposal, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, and careful handling of guest belongings according to service protocols.
- Thoroughly sanitizing bathrooms—surfaces, sinks, taps, tubs, showers, walls, and toilets—while restocking amenities.
- Reporting maintenance, safety, security issues, or unusual concerns promptly.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage areas and housekeeping carts.
Housekeeping Attendant responsibilities include:
- Maintaining housekeeping storerooms and backspaces via sweeping, mopping, trash/recycling removal, and stock organization.
- Supporting Room Attendants by collecting soiled linens from vacant rooms and managing linen stock levels.
- Sorting soiled linens for laundry processing.
- Cleaning guest corridors and public areas including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, elevator tracks, public restrooms, brass fixtures, and trash removal.
- Handling cleaning and restocking of glassware to appropriate levels.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in guest service or housekeeping preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly dependable and responsible work attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Maintain calmness and politeness, focusing on guest needs under pressure.
