Hotel Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at a small Ayurvedic center located in Morni Hills, Haryana. This role involves managing daily functions including staff supervision, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, bookings, and basic financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day management of hotel operations.
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
• Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and support personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of rooms, shared spaces, and facilities.
• Manage both online and offline reservation systems.
• Coordinate with service providers such as vendors, electricians, and plumbers as necessary.
• Monitor daily expenditures, collections, and maintain basic accounting records.
• Keep accurate guest records and proper documentation.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to increasing occupancy rates.
• Provide daily operational updates to ownership.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel, guest house, or hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Honest, dependable, and well-disciplined.
• Capable of managing staff and interacting courteously with guests.
• Basic proficiency in computers and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with online travel agency platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, or Agoda is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates residing locally in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or nearby regions.

Compensation and Work Details

The salary range is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and skills. Incentives may be provided based on occupancy rates, customer reviews, and job performance.

This is a full-time position based onsite at Morni Hills in Haryana.
