Position Overview
Applications are sought for the role of Hostel Warden (Male) at MICA | The School of Ideas, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This full-time role involves comprehensive oversight and management of the male hostel facilities to ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive residential environment for students.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a postgraduate degree or diploma in Education Management, Public Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- A minimum of five years managing hostels or residential facilities, ideally within an academic setting, is required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations and administration of the male hostel.
- Promote student welfare, maintain disciplinary standards, and foster a safe, welcoming living environment.
- Supervise maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene standards, and security protocols throughout the hostel.
- Manage mess services and recreational programs.
- Act as the main liaison for hostel residents and coordinate with institutional departments.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent organizational, administrative, and record management capabilities.
- Well-versed in hostel management, including hygiene, safety, and security measures.
