Role Overview

As a Home Care Scheduler working fully remotely, you will be essential in organizing caregiver shifts efficiently to guarantee seamless home care services for seniors. When unexpected changes occur—such as shift cancellations or caregiver absences—you will promptly find replacements, coordinate schedules, and maintain communication to ensure uninterrupted, compassionate care for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update caregiver schedules across multiple counties with precision
  • React swiftly to shift cancellations and missed clock-ins to prevent service gaps
  • Manage inbound calls from clients and caregivers using VoIP technology
  • Keep accurate records and case notes within WellSky software (training will be provided)
  • Collaborate with the operations team to address staffing challenges and maintain smooth workflow
  • Conduct periodic check-ins and performance evaluations with caregivers
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports to leadership teams
  • Assist with administrative tasks and light recruitment duties during less hectic periods
