Primary Responsibilities

• Perform highway cleaning and maintenance activities across county roads.
• Serve as a flag person to regulate traffic flow and ensure safety during maintenance operations.
• Cut and remove overgrown limbs and bushes adjacent to roadways.
• Operate machinery such as chippers for vegetation clearing.
• Repair road surface defects including patching potholes and damaged areas.
• Patch concrete sidewalks, curbs, and conduct minor bridge repairs.
