Helper Cook - Café Staff

About the Role

We are actively seeking motivated and conscientious café staff to become part of our dynamic team. This role involves preparing a variety of café items, engaging with customers, and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas according to safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, fries, snacks, and other café delicacies following established recipes and standards.
• Attend to customer orders courteously and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, service counter, and dining regions.
• Handle food preparation equipment and storage duties responsibly to uphold quality.
• Ensure uniformity in taste, presentation, portion control, and overall quality of food served.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly communicate shortages to supervisors.
• Address customer inquiries professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow prescribed daily routines for opening, closing, and cleaning the café.
• Collaborate within the team while upholding discipline and professional conduct at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and carefully follow instruction guidelines.
• Basic familiarity with food preparation processes is desirable.
• Previous experience in café or restaurant settings is advantageous but fresh candidates are welcome.
• Must demonstrate punctuality, a diligent work ethic, and a commitment to hygiene standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 13,000.
