About the Role

As a Head Waiter at Hilton in Mecca, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality by serving guests promptly, courteously, and efficiently, ensuring a remarkable experience for both guests and members. Your in-depth understanding of the menu and beverage offerings, combined with strict adherence to hospitality and safety standards, will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor laws applicable to residents and visitors.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and product offerings.
• Ensure all floor stations are well-prepared and stocked with required items.
• Report any operational issues following proper procedures.
• Consistently deliver food and beverage orders to a high standard within a timely manner.
• Adhere to Hilton’s grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel safety, fire regulations, and health legislation.
