About the Role

Christian Primary School, a well-established private Christian educational institution located in Sakumono, Greater Accra Region, is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head of School to lead the school for the 2026/2027 academic year. The school is committed to fostering well-rounded, future-ready students by promoting academic excellence, holistic learning, and innovation within a nurturing environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the school's strategic vision to promote academic quality and institutional growth.
• Design and manage revenue-generating approaches while ensuring sound financial oversight of school operations.
• Lead and mentor faculty and staff to deliver exceptional educational services and maintain a positive work culture.
• Manage daily operations including budgeting, logistical coordination, and compliance with all relevant statutory standards.
• Strengthen collaboration and engagement with parents, community members, and the governing board.
• Promote and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages comprehensive student development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of at least a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from an accredited institution.
• Certification as a professional teacher.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience, with at least four years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Current active service status in either a private or public educational facility.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in building and managing teams.
• Competency in computer use and educational technology.
