Head of Operations

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee and lead all operational aspects of our organization. This senior leadership role entails developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operational strategies that support the company’s long-term goals.
• Manage daily business operations ensuring high productivity and service quality.
• Design and refine processes, workflows, and performance benchmarks.
• Track key operational KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
• Work collaboratively with department heads to synchronize operations with business targets and customer needs.
• Handle resource allocation, workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Detect operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring uninterrupted business activities.
• Guide change management programs and continuous organizational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulations, quality standards, and operational controls.
• Mentor and develop operational managers and teams, encouraging accountability and exceptional performance.
• Support strategic planning, business expansion efforts, and explore new opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and performance reviews for executives and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, business leadership, supply chain, logistics, or similar senior roles.
• Strong expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and performance management.
• Proven capability in leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms, data analytics, and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused work environment.
• Sharp commercial insight and strategic business understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred; MBA or equivalent leadership credentials are advantageous.
