About the Role

OpenTrack is addressing disjointed data and operational workflows within the logistics sector. We are searching for a Head of Operations to collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to propel the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a strategic extension of the CEO by taking ownership of critical decisions and key workstreams.
• Lead and implement strategic initiatives ensuring that company goals and priorities are met efficiently.
• Manage cross-departmental projects aimed at delivering significant business impact.
• Create, document, and enforce company-wide procedures to boost operational efficiencies.
• Serve as the central communication point to recognize and address operational challenges and bottlenecks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in fast-growing startups, consulting, or operational roles.
• Exhibit superior written communication and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrate strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
• Showcase high business acumen with the capacity to work autonomously.
• Proven track record of representing senior leadership with trustworthiness and discretion.
