Position Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Head of Development to spearhead the strategy and execution of premium real estate and ultra-luxury hospitality initiatives based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Direct comprehensive development processes for upscale real estate and hospitality ventures from initial concept through to project delivery.
Manage architectural designs, planning phases, coordination with consultants, and overall project implementation.
Supervise design refinement, cost optimization, budgeting activities, and scheduling of projects.
Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, construction teams, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Extensive experience exceeding 15 years in the fields of real estate development, hospitality, or projects categorized as ultra-luxury.
Demonstrated expertise in managing architectural design and comprehensive project development tasks.

Additional Information

The preferred candidates are individuals holding Egyptian, Jordanian, Palestinian, Syrian, or Lebanese nationalities.
