About the Role

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Head Barista & Bartender professionals to join a prestigious fine dining venue located in Doha. Candidates should demonstrate strong expertise in beverage preparation, impeccable service quality, and possess experience within upscale hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide exceptional coffee and beverage service in an elegant dining atmosphere.
• Craft specialty coffees, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks of the highest quality.
• Maintain consistent standards in beverage taste, presentation, and service delivery.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on coffees, cocktails, wines, spirits, and other drinks.
• Stay informed on latest coffee brewing techniques, mixology methods, and beverage trends.
• Create personalised, memorable experiences for guests through professional service.
• Keep the bar and coffee stations tidy, organised, and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory levels, perform stock control, and minimize wastage effectively.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of all equipment.
• Contribute to the development of seasonal beverage menus and unique signature drinks.
• Lead and coach junior team members on beverage preparation and service standards.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years minimum experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist.
• Previous roles in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, premium cafés, or elite hospitality environments.
• Proficient knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso making, latte art, and various brewing techniques.
• Strong expertise in cocktails, spirits, wine selections, and beverage service protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest engagement and customer service.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure luxury hospitality venue.
• Strong communication abilities and a polished professional appearance.
• Leadership experience including training and mentoring junior staff.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Experience working in GCC countries is desirable though not mandatory.
