The salon offers three different working arrangements to suit hairstylists at various stages of their careers:
- Employed Stylist: Receive comprehensive support, consistent clientele, competitive commission, health insurance from day one, guaranteed income during initial months, and a fixed 4-day (44-hour) work week.
- Flex Stylist: Designed for experienced stylists seeking greater autonomy over their schedule and earning potential while remaining part of the salon team.
- Rent-a-Chair Stylist: Intended for completely independent stylists who wish to operate their own business within a professional salon environment backed by the Tara Rose reputation.
