Hair Patch Technician - Gurgaon

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic is hiring a Hair Patch Technician for its Gurugram location. The clinic is a large aesthetic and trichology network with 45+ clinics across India and a long-standing reputation in advanced hair and skin care. The role focuses on delivering non-surgical hair replacement services with a strong emphasis on natural results, client comfort, and professional handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out hair patch bonding, taping, clipping, cutting, tightening, and styling in a professional manner.
• Prepare the scalp correctly before application, including cleansing, shaving, and oiling as required.
• Ensure the hair patch is blended and styled to look seamless and natural.
• Handle client services with care, precision, and attention to aesthetic detail.
• Follow the clinic’s processes and procedures; training will be provided to support onboarding.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should have practical experience in hair bonding, taping, clipping, tightening, patch cutting, and styling. A good eye for appearance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate well with clients are important for this role.

Work Schedule

• Working days: 6 days a week
• Weekly off: Not available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
• Working hours: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is Rs. 5 to 6.5 LPA.
