About the Role

Join Merlin Entertainments as a Guest Services Host at Madame Tussauds Singapore, located in Sentosa. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with visitors in a dynamic environment surrounded by wax figures of celebrities, sporting heroes, and historical icons. You will be pivotal in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and driving sales across various attraction areas such as admissions, gift shops, and interactive exhibits.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon entry while handling ticket sales.
• Manage inventory by stocking products in gift shops and sales areas.
• Support guests with photographs and answer inquiries regarding exhibits.
• Encourage additional sales through upselling souvenirs and experience tickets.
• Operate and oversee interactive features including the 4D cinema, boat ride, and Formula 1-themed VR game.
• Maintain a clean environment and adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to effectively manage interactive experiences before undertaking operational duties.

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive, proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills with enthusiasm for engaging visitors from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets or garner positive guest feedback.
• Willingness to work regular weekends and public holidays.
• Preferred experience includes cashiering or prior customer service roles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time employees receive a base salary of $2,000 monthly plus an additional $100 monthly allowance.
• Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses up to $160.
• Work schedule consists of a five-day week with shifts from 9:30am to 6:30pm or 10:30am to 7:30pm.
